Vendor Details – IMPORTANT MUST READ

We offer 3 different vendor packages:

  1. The Holistic Healer and Artist – Silver Package
  2. The Goods/Services – Gold Package
  3. Food Vendor  – Platinum Package

 

  • The Holistic Healer and Artist- Silver package is for Healer’s and Henna artists alike. 
    • This tier offers vendor placement at our event
    • Requires tables, chairs, and tablecloths (no tent necessary)
    • Package is $75. (only 3-4 per event)
  • The Goods/Services – Gold package is for vendors offering goods, services, and coaching.
    • This tier offers vendor placement at our event
    • Vendor requires tables, chairs, tablecloths, (no tent necessary)
    • Package is  $100. (only 7-10 per event)
  • The Food Vendor - Platinum package is for the event’s primary food vendor
    • Largest space accommodation at the event
    • This vendor package includes promotion on all Social Media Channels
    • Requires tables, chairs, tablecloths, (no tent necessary)
    • Package is $225. (only 2 openings)

  • We accept payments via Paypal, Venmo, Google Wallet, or via Crypto currencies.
  • Payments must be made 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled event.
  • If your business does not meet our requirements, a $150.00 cancellation fee will apply
  • Once confirmed there is a no refund policy..
